Wombeyan caves | Day ride | cfmoto 450mt

- The three Mikes set out from Sydney on a long day ride that heads south to Mittagong then onto Wombeyan caves rd then looping to the west until we re-emerge in Sydney from the North.
We set out at 7am and returned at 5pm. An awesome day of riding was had.

Great video mate I'm up at taralga at the moment was going to do taralga to Mittagong tomorrow do you no if the other half from taralga end to goodmans Ford is open ? Was it open when you went there ?

Im selling my africa twin to buy one of these mostly 50k round trip on hume highway to work but weekends in victorian high country have u put the 15t sprocket on if so whats the advantage
@@JamieBroughton70 yes I have 15 tooth sprocket on. It’s is better on the open road and freeway as bike revs a little lower. Not essential as bike is great as is. If you are wanting to do more technical off road leave it as is.
This bike or a used tenere 🤔... or what wait 6 months and get one of these for a cpuple grand under retail. Nice videos!

That is a hard one for me to tell you. Both are good, Honda needs money thrown at it that is for sure. I did another video giving my thoughts on it but ultimately that is up to you.
@@Robert-rn9jl it's different category. If you want enduro, better choice honda. If you want to go off road and comfortable on road, choice CFMOTO. You can check also Voge 300 rally.

Looks like a great ride but what’s legality of going round a locked gate?
Ha... you missed the point.
We found ourselves on the wrong side of the gate. There was no signs or gate on the way we came in. We were already in the place we were not supposed to be. I do not think the authorities would have a problem of us getting out of the area, only getting in to the area. If it was a big concern they should probably address the track in which we came in which as I said had no signs or gate. We only realised we were not supposed to be there when we got to this gate. By then it was too late.

Hey that's an awesome ride. I live in Western Sydney and I've done a lot of those roads many times but Jerrong Rd from Wombeyan Caves Rd I haven't done so next time I'll go through and up that way to Shooters Hill. Thanks again for posting, I wouldn't have considered that if not for your video.
How do you find your Action 4 camera? Does it play up as much as some people's GoPros? I'm using a Hero 7 and it seems pretty good. Have the same chin mount as well which seems to work great.

Action 4 is great. Hasn't glitched or acted up in anyway at all.
Helmet mount is great. Had a "chin mount" brand and it kept failing on me. This strap on one just works.

Still enjoying the bike that is for sure.
I'm 75kg I have adjusted clickers on front (can't remember what settings I have ended up on). Did a little to the rear but probably need to do more.
