Cause it's for kids too, the big market for fun toys. Bad Batch was a epilogue show for adult clone wars fans, I doubt it had much pick up amongst the child audience We only got 1 Andor set, and that's the best reviewing star wars thing for years. But it wasn't marketed at children.
No matter what you guys are saying about the Bad Batch show you can’t deny we could’ve gotten Clone Commandos or another shot at a Turbo Tank or almost any other stuff besides another X-Wing and landspeeder every other year.
@@orien2v2 I agree that the bad batch, andor, Acolyte had new vehicles that could be made instead of redoing prequel things. But x wings, tie fighters and millennium falcons will always be updated because they're the things that everyone knows from star wars. That wheel tank thing is in one movie for a couple of seconds. X wings play a big role in 7 movies
Ask MandR: I got the new R2 set and my sticker sheet was unusable out of the box, so I ordered a replacement. I noticed that the new sticker sheet matched the gray bricks perfectly, but the original one was more of the green-gray color that doesn’t match at all. Have you ever noticed a difference in sticker color shades between the same set?
Ask MandR: I recently purchased the Custom Clone Kama off of your website that is similar to Captain Rex’s. Have you ever considered making one that is similar to Fives’ Kama? I made a paper one, but a cloth one would be cool.

My little brother complains that he doesn't have much for his droids to use against his clones when he plays with them (he has an AT-TE, but the droids don't have any big tanks to match it). Hoping for some more droids for the Episode III anniversary, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on it! The midi-scale Invisible Hand and Droideka model give me some hope for more play-scale sets.
Ask MandR: If you could choose any Star Wars character to get a live action debut who would it be and why? Also if you could pick any Star Wars vehicle (whether it be from Canon or Legends) to be made into a set, which would it be and why? For me I’d want to see an Ebon Hawk with a potential minifig line up of Revan, Bastila Shan, HK-47, Candorous Ordo and maby a Republic Trooper.
Ask mandr: Do you think LEGO will ever make more First Order Sets? In my opinion, the troopers look very good and since we don't get a lot of sets with them anymore I have a small army.
Ask MandR: How do you like to display minifigures? For figs that come with a set, do you display them within the set, together in front of the set, or in a minifig display case away from the set?
Ask Mandrproductions: I think we can all agree peak Lego Star Wars was 2008-2014, but what do you think of the original themes from the time. Like Mars Mission 2008, Power Miners 2009, Castle 2007, Pirates 2009, Kingdoms, Atlantis, Aqua Raiders 2007, Space Police 2009, Monster Fighters 2012, Pharaoh’s Quest 2011, Dino 2010, and other originals.
The hate for alternative companies is so weird to me. I like castle and fantasy stuff, lego doesnt make anything in that theme (thats not multple hundred dollars atleast), so i go to Bluebrixx who have what i look for, even for a way more resonable price. There legit is no reason to hate on alternative companies offering what lego doesnt do for a more accessable price other than being a delulu fanboy.
Ask M&R: With the recent reveal of Fortnite Lego sets, Lego now has several video game based sets with Mario, Animal Crossing, and now Fortnite. Since Fortnite is getting both a 18+ set as well as play sets, do you think there is a chance that Zelda will get the same treatment? Also what other video games would you like to see Lego do? I personally would love to see some Tears of the Kingdom based sets, as well as some Metroid sets! Great content Ryan! Keep up the good work!
Ask MandR: With the new skiff set having an inaccurate boba will you capitalize on that by making parts with the appropriate prints available on your store?
Ask MandR: I was wondering if you saw the display of every single LEGO Star Wars minifigure at SDCC and if you would ever want to do something similar with your collection?
I'd LOVE to see the actual sales numbers of LEGO Star Wars year-over-year. Because I have a feeling that, as Star Wars died, the interest in LEGO Star Wars has decreased. The more Disney stabs the corpse of Star Wars, the less people are interested ij buying sets from it. So LEGO raises prices to make up for the lost revenue. Just like Apple does with their iPhones. The fewer they sell, the more they raise prices of the next one. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's still one of the best selling LEGO themes. But I bet overall sales of SW sets have fallen.
Ask MandR: when are you going to do another “Post a video a day for a month” ? The last time you did that was Lego Star Wars Content Heaven !! Love your videos, keep up the great work !! 👏
Darth Vader in Executor would be a little ridiculous, as there are so many other ways to get him in sets. Maybe an Admiral Piett or even a common figure in hologram form
Some of the 20th anniversary sets only had a shelf life of 8 or so months, do you think the same will go for the 25th anniversary sets? Thanks for being the only Lego RUclipsr I can listen to without cringing.

Ask MandR: If Lego makes acolyte sets what ship/building/scenery should we get? Minifigures are preaty obvious but in what set you speculate them to come?
Ask M&R: Hey Ryan! Love your content, Sir. Been a fan for years. Regarding this year's 25th anniversary sets, what are your thoughts on their shelf life? Will they be around for a couple of years, or are they going away at the end of 2024 to make room for the 20th anniversary sets for Revenge of the Sith? I just don't want to miss out on the 25th anniversary minifigs. Thanks! Keep up the great work!
Ask MandR: what do you think about brickvault sets have you ever considered buying and maybe reviewing one or two of them? (its been awesome seeing you grow your channel over the years)
I believe there's a (not crazy expensive) alternative to those IKEA Billy shelves. IKEA also has the PAX wardrobe series, which is 50cm deep. There is a glass door that goes with it, and glass shelves. There are also options for lighting. Haven't tried it myself but am very tempted....
Ask MandR: Would you want either 20th anniversary ROTS Order 66 dioramas for Mygeeto, Felucia and Saleucami or a UCS Jedi Temple/Operation: Knightfall play set?
Ask MandR: I am currently debating on whether I should get the UCS ATAT or the MBS Mos Eisely Cantina. Both are set to retire at the end of this year and I was wondering what you think as well as if you know if either will have any deals on them before they are gone?
Ask Mandr: Have you ever seen the Lego mindstorm developer kits, the droid and dark side ones specifically and do you ever plan to make videos about them?
I use the IKEA Ivar system. You don’t have the nice front doors on them, but there’s no sides so you can fit longer sets and they come in deep shelf versions.
IKEA Pax wardrobe- they are are deeper than the Billy's. I have lots of larger sets: Rollercoaster, Death Star, Old Trafford Stadium and any other and the wardrobe cabinet works great
If Lego did the midi scale ships with mini figures then include a unique figure like: Invisible Hand: magna guard Executor super star destroyer: Admiral Piett Tantive IV: Bail Organa Millennium Falcon: Old Lando
Ask mandr: I've finally reached the point in my lego collection where it has gone from: "oh that's cool" to: "I am literally swimming in lego, things need to change" so I have decided to move on and keep the few builds that mean the most to me like my custom Nu attack shuttle. So how do you think I should deal with getting rid of the rest, should I go through the 40lbs bin of instructions and put together the sets to sell/giveaway? or should I throw all the pieces in bins and get rid of them that way? I love the content and will definitely keep up with your channel and will probably still end up buying the odd set here and there because of it.
I recently got back into legos and I have shopping carts full of minifigs and sets off of bricklink, I can't wait to get them! also 8:46 yeah these are great, my sister worked in retail and I had a couple of these growing up very good for displays
The solution for display is moducase, but its expensive.. you can make your own with heavy duty shelving and plexiglass. A lot of the statue collectors have made their own. If you search diy sideshow display cabinet you will find them.
Ask mandr do you think we will get any other clone legions besides 501 in the next couple of years I feel like they are using 501 a lot maybe Wolfpack🤔🤷🏻♂️
Ask MandR: Do you keep your figures in your larger sets or starships? Or do you keep them somewhere else? For example, the ISD you just reviewed. Are the figures in there on your self or somewhere else?
Ask MandR : Do you think there will be a new set of the 25 years of Star Wars ROTS that includes the general grievous mini figure ? Maybe like a duel on utapau diorama or something like that ? I’m a huge fan of general grievous and I would love to get his mini figure
Ask MandR: I had an idea about making all (most) battle pack builds a 3-in-1, this meaning that in the case of the most recent 501st battle pack you could choose to build something other than the turret for more variation with army builders. Then again this would drive the price MORE and you can pretty much achieve the same thing with mods/mocs... What do you think?
it was cool getting to meet and talk to you at brick fan expo. thank you for the custom "M&R" tile too! i was confused why you asked red or green. it was probably said in previous videos, but was your very first Lego set?
Ask MandR: in the LEGO Star Wars collector book, they said that any character with colored eyes won’t have pupils. Do you think that if we are to get a sith Anakin minifigure next year he won’t have pupils?
Ask M&R: 2 questions. I understand why they did not reveal jedi bob until comic con but why wait to reveal the onyxs cinder? I have also found an extra piece in the battle of peridia set. I checked the back of the instructions and it says I should have four not the five I have found. I also have been given a different piece instead of the c3po torso for the dark falcon. I checked the back if the instructions again to see if it was meant to be in the set but it was not. Have you had problems like these and is lego increasing the amount of mistakes recently?
AskMandR: during a set review is your commentary in the moment or do you record over it later and react as if it is in the present? No judgement, in fact I think you do a good job of making sure it is only your voice heard instead of background noises
AskMandR: did you notice that target and Lego stopped the points redemption program if you scanned your target receipt for Lego purchases? Thoughts on why they would do that?
Ask MandR: Do you think we will see the phase 1 purge troopers any time in the future? I really like the design of them and since they would have the same helmet mold (mould?) as clone airborne mini figs it wouldn’t take too much imo. (WITH WAIST CAPE!!!)
Ask M&R: Do you think lego will redo the normal star destroyer at the Midi scale? Would the playscale model push that out a few years? I know we had a midi scale one previously but it seems like they should redo one that includes a display stand?
Ask Mandr: what’s your thought on the skeleton crew coming out? I know not to long ago it was supposed to be canceled, now that set we got is actually canon now.
Ask MandR: Do you think lego will ever make the scene where Rex has his inhibiter chip removed for the 25th anniversary of the show. Maybe it'll include Ashoka Rex the 3 astromecs and a medical droid and maybe Jessie. Probably priced at £110
Hey, I am moving out of my parents house and I have a UCS gunship, I wanted to get a display case but I also want to use it as like a table which one would you recommend?
Ask mandr: Hello Ryan I just want to say I enjoy watching all your content during work and free time so with that being said I’m just curious about your plans with the mandr collects channel moving forward.
Ask MandR: Do you think we'll get a new Zeb minifigure for Mandalorian and Grogu around the time of that movie's release? They just confirmed he'd be in it and footage of the trailer just came out and it showed some pretty safe picks for sets Lego would make. Lots of snow troopers, an AT RT, and an AT AT...
Ask mandr: hey Ryan! I was wondering if you ever noticed that Lego has never made boba fetts jetpack accurately. In the movies his jetpack is blue red and silver but there is no green, but Lego always does a green backpack.
Ask MandR: Where do you see Lego Star Wars in ~10-20 years? Looking back at Lego Star Wars we have come a long way since the (example) original boba fett. Do you think we will see any major changes/improvements?
Ask MandR:How likely is Lego to make more Lego Fortnite sets as there is a chance that even preorders will sell out which is great for Lego and the battle bus has a great minifigure line up for only 100$ if only they could do the same for Star Wars
Ask Mandr: Do you think Lego would ever make a sequels UCS set? If so, what do you think it would be? I am meaning a ship that is exclusive to the sequels not the Falcon with a different dish.
Regarding display cabinets, besides IKEA Billy I also bought deeper ones there (don't remember the name), with sliding glass doors. I stacked two on each other for a very high cabinet, showing my UCS AT-AT, MBS Cloud City (split in two parts), a row of modular buildings with street space and cars in front, the Jurassic Park gate with huge T-Rex and my Monster Fighters Haunted Hause, vampire castle etc. I really wish I remembered the name. I'll check when I get home, so like this comment to help me remember :)
AskMandR: For the Ahsoka’s Interceptor, I’m curious if they will skimp out and give Ahsoka the taller “head tentacle” piece from the Rebels/Ahsoka show sets or revert back to the shorter (accurate) Clone Wars one. It’d be great if you could share your thoughts, thanks and love your content!

I really like the clear displays definitely a really good idea!
Ask MandR do you think there will be a Wolfpack gunship
Ask mandr: how do I overcome my crippling lego star wars addiction?
Ask MandR : What are the stands you use for the Bounty hunter escape ? I have the set and feel they look weird/strange on the shelf.
Should Lego make color swappable sets (possibly exclusive to their website) for sets like the gunship or battle packs
Ask M&R do you think that we could possibly see commander wolffe or commander bly next year
Ask MandR: What are your thoughts on Lego releasing a midi-scale Venator? I would love to have one in my collection!
Ask MandR: Where do you see Lego Star Wars in ~10-20 years? Looking back at Lego Star Wars we have come a long way since the (example) original boba fett. Do you think we will see any major changes/improvements?
Hey ryan, what are your favourite and least favourite types of videos to make on your channel 🫡🫡
Ask mandr: do you think we could see the return of magna guards next summer in an utapau based set for the 20th anniversary of ros?
Ask MandR: what is the most over price lego Star Wars set on the secondary market?
Right on time! Keep up the good work Ryan!
Ask Mandr: Can fans make a Star Wars idea set that will be released? It seems each idea set is different from the themes they offer.
Let’s go my question made a ask mandr video
Regarding display cabinets, besides IKEA Billy I also bought deeper ones there (don't remember the name), with sliding glass doors. I stacked two on each other for a very high cabinet, showing my UCS AT-AT, MBS Cloud City (split in two parts), a row of modular buildings with street space and cars in front, the Jurassic Park gate with huge T-Rex and my Monster Fighters Haunted Hause, vampire castle etc. I really wish I remembered the name. I'll check when I get home, so like this comment to help me remember :)
I missed something. Who's the seventh 25th anniversary figure? I thought the Darth Maul didn't count
Figure 7 is R2-KT, a pink astromech droid. It’s coming out in an October set.
@@Sportskid213 Oh that's sick
AskMandR: For the Ahsoka’s Interceptor, I’m curious if they will skimp out and give Ahsoka the taller “head tentacle” piece from the Rebels/Ahsoka show sets or revert back to the shorter (accurate) Clone Wars one. It’d be great if you could share your thoughts, thanks and love your content!
