My family and I were in Japan March 9th until March 19th of this year. Japan is so clean. The taxi's are also very nice to ride as well as the trains and Shinkansen's. Public transportation is great. It is an amazing country.
Seoul and Tokyo are 2 of the most cleanest cities in the world! No one does it like those 2 East Asian countries!
