- 🚨 Are You Curious to See How Halos Are Made?! 🚨
In this 129-second ⏩ video, we briefly reveal some things you may have wondered about over the years. You’ll also notice a lot has changed since our last Halo production demo. 😉
Most importantly: making Halos is only possible thanks to my awesome team at Pantheon Steel HQ - Noah Mungia, Alexiss Ragsdale & Jason Ragsdale. And let’s not forget about our newest team member Sylvain Paslier currently residing in PA!

P.S. Awesome soundtrack by our friend Jonny Ong 🙌

Hee, I'm also here because of Adam describing Jamie's metal clamshell forming technique on Mythbusters--if I'm ever in the market, I'll buy one of yours!
Loving this!
Thanks! It was a lot of fun putting it together.
SO MUCH HARD WORK AND CARE LOVE
Thank you so much, Nathan! :)
It's pretty neat that you guys are able to use water pressure to form your drums.
And now I understand why they were so expensive when I looked them up!
awesome and insanely expensive ,
One handpan price is my 5 years food and groceries expenditure
It's true. Handpans are expensive to buy (and they are expensive to make here in the US). But we love what we do and seeing people who enjoy playing them, so that keeps us going.
@@PantheonHalo Understandable as operational cost itself seems to be quite high, with your machinery and the right people , right care and all.
Halo, Yshima, Meridian, Ayasa are top class so obvi expensive.
I posted this comment when i was new to Handpan world. lol
I am healing. Want to share. I’d love an HANDPAN to be an aid

Hydroforming the fastest and least desirable sounding way to make a hand pan

I’d say you’re wrong on both counts. Deep drawing is much faster. And here’s an example of a hydro formed Halo.
Here’s another hydroformed Halo.

Did you change to hydroforming due to seeing it on MythBusters? Here's Jamie telling a story that someone making drums changed their process after seeing the show. ruclips.net/video/AoXNSquNsbY/видео.html
It's Adam , dude , not Jamie 🤭
