Madara was right about the darkness in the village. In the end all he wanted was for everyone to live in without war but he was too heavy handed in how he went about it. Read the databooks and fandom.naruto, Madara regained the light in his eye bcuz of Rinnegan mutation. They also revealed that Zetsu saved Obito from the boulders and brought him to Madara, so Madara was indeed speaking figuratively and manipulatively to the boy of "miracle".

However, their guys could cut out the opening songs, the closing songs, and the previews, so it's easier for them to watch, back to back, and we could get longer episodes. It might make it easier to do back to back episodes, if they are already pre-edited together.

Meanwhile while Madara is also reanimated and at 80%, he unlike Hashirama actually got stronger. He didn't have the rinnegan when he fought Hashirama before, plus Madara has wood style and is immortal with infinite chakra. Madara aint going down at all.

Hashirama won against Madara each time and he wasn´t even trying to kill him, when he finally gave up on Madara and went for the kill Madara got a sword through his chest within a second Part of me wishes he would´ve been able to save Madara from his self-destructive ways earlier though, he sure tried for so long
