Great video. I’m using a warm shower as an alternative. I will definitely try the coupage.

Do you rinse your nebulizer with sterile water❓The reasoning behind my question is that for years treating respiratory problems in humans we were never told to do this and then it was an infection control issue. Thought I'd pass it to you.🐒

I think a mild soupy water is fine for cleaning. The water in the neb should deionized or distilled.

My 4 year old pomeranian 's respiration rate is 100 per minute. The vet said she has mucus in her lungs And gave het cephalexin, ambroxol for 7 days 2x daily. Her breathing is still fast most of the time. Can I nebulize her with normal saline and do coupage?

Wouldn't it already be coming from the lungs anyway? I'd guess just keep patting him.

I am looking for anything that works. My Lab, Vet say's fluid in the lungs, and around heart. Last Friday started couch medicine, and a antibiotics, you could see the difference in attitude. Wanted to go outside. Cough medicine is done, and having issues again. I would like to try this. Also thought maybe this is that Contagious Pneumonia going around. Working this out. Definitely, breathing problems, when my dog gets excited. Otherwise act's like a 5 year old dog. At a loss, of what is next.

Could it be some allergy that is triggering immune response? Sometimes vets will use a steroid to lessen the immune response.
