"No, you use it on bosses to get boss weapons" well too late then "also, it makes the area new game plus and makes enemies harder" that's what I wanted, cause it gives more souls right? @@Amearie yes he can. He could figure it out normally like everyone else or he could ask the chat for some bits of information. You can try to justify backseat gaming all you want but it is in every way shape and form annoying. Quit replying to damn near year old replies and go on thinking that the chat being annoying isn't annoying.

He himself is constantly asking the chat for bonfires and other info so he is quite literally getting backseat gamed. He also just ends up cheating and getting hundreds of thouseands of souls and humanity so its safe to say that he cant play the game by himself.
I watched all his "is a masterpiece" series and found myself wanting all the in-between bits. And idk if he had it 3 months ago, but there is a condensed DS2 video like that with a similar title. If you haven't already, just search it up!
Since this wasn't his first playthrough and he was just on a quest to finish all from soft games, I think he was searching up a cheese dex build. It involves rapier, dex, and ice. Likely fixating on that in the beginning.
What guide is he following? I’m on my first play through of DS2 and have the rapier within 10 minutes of getting to FoFG and haven’t killed a single boss
After replaying both games Dark Souls 2 was way more enjoyable the 2nd time through. Scholar of the First Sin goes a little overboard on the enemies though.. Their way more difficult than the actual bosses. The games always feel a little off when you go between them though. FromSoft changes the mechanics and basic movement every time. For some reason backstabs, kicks, and jumping attacks seem to get more finnicky every game though.
DS1 would have been better than DS3 me but I prefer DS3 because of all the machanical improvements and some aspects of bloodborne also there is more freedom when it comes to builds and the verity of weapons
For how much Charlie has claimed to play this, and how much he claims to love it, he sure forgets a lot of shit that most would remember if they did love and play it as much as he claims....
He legit couldn’t find the four kings boss room because he wouldn’t stop and look left. slow down and take the game in instead of trying to speed run it.
Ik this is is old as hell, but the reason is because its more fun when ur info isn't super reliable, it's like when your playing cod zombies with a buddy and trying to do the moon easter egg but you keep fucking up.
Man I love ds2 ik it's not perfect because of soul memory and adp but using cheat engine to fix the soul memory issue and just putting 26 levels into adp because it isn't hard to get souls in this game it makes it super fun to play with friends
