@@Userworld888 Hi! The master volume control is perfect in the amp. In one of my videos you can hear the strings as loud as the amp. Personally I would always go for a 2x12 over a 1x12. It simply moves more air and gives more low end. I never use the power soak. I use a mix of Celestion V30 and a G12-T75 at the bottom of the cab.

@@Userworld888 I should also mention that I always use a maxon od808 in front of the amp. Drive at zero, balance at 90% and tone at 12 o'clock. I then have the amp's gain at around 11 o'clock.
Hey man did you use it in a band situation? If so did you cut through the mix? I have fireball 60 but it's too much of an amp for me, I'm considering this one instead.

I have same amp paired with a 2x12 mesa slant cab. Soon i will get the 1x12 engl cab. I hear the engl head sound better with the engl cab not sure.
I don't think a 1x12 Engl cab will beat your Mesa cab. But tastes are different. I think that different speakers make a bigger difference.

@@Degrinder I like it, it's just i will aslo get the SLO 30 and pair that with the MESA cab. I will use the engl 1x12 for the fireball.
