Hello Janet! I have been watching you for several months now. I love your videos! I'm from the USA from the southern part of NewHampshire. I embroidered for many years. My grandmother taught me. I've only done kits and when they stopped selling them I was so disappointed. Then I discovered slow stitching and I am enjoying making my little squares and learning more. I watch many videos but love yours the most! I'd love to join your Monday lives but don't know how many hours ahead you are so I can join everyone sometimes. Please let me know so I can be there on time! Bye for now!
Diane thank you so much for your lovely encouraging words. I too started with embroidery and cross stitch. A good few years ago before I heard of slow stitch, I started to embroider over patterned fabric, quite random and added beads too. Then I came across slow stitch, since then life has evolved and I seem to find the simplest of stitches just such a help and so relaxing. It’s wonderful how we are all such individuals and have an our styles isn’t it.
