I agree with the 'gym' bit by Arpit. People who get obsessed with gym feel so empty and invalidated, but the flip side is people like me, who go for 45 mins max 4 days a week, just to stay in shape, I see nothing wrong with that. Itna time toh hum phone scrolling ya travelling mein nikal dete hai toh phir thoda sa fit ya accha dikhne mein kyu nahi.
