He isn't over powered , He's a powerhouse , he has no dash , so its only obvious he'd be strong( I'd personally laugh at potemkin if he weren't stronger than the rest but he is), range? well again his lack of speed has to be filled somehow. You maybe be disliking this sort of characters but you'll see them again . Blaz blue has 2 powerhouses ,they may not be top tier characters but they 60% your life bar in simple combos, so dont start OP discussions here.
v-13 is still pretty damn good though. also, i think hakumen wil be tourney legal since he's so downgraded... though i feel he'll still be a force to be reckoned with

they are all tournament legal u fool, haven't u seen videos of matches? Hakukmen is not even that high up on the tier, hes a difficult character to master

Wow, FAB has a really good Potemkin, and Ogawa was simply Ogawa.
The "dog" is Eddie. His original name was Zato-1 but he died apparently so the gear Eddie takes over searching for a new host body.
