Could work since Evangelion should have used the footsteps sounds from the Iron Giant(which were also used as the puffing sounds on the Polar Express, taken from Pere Marquette 1225) for their robots. If Season 2 came out, then I could be in that timeline in an alternate universe where I attended a private school in Japan and piloted a steam powered Eva. It will used the same sounds as on the Polar Express and the Iron Giant.
