3:48The worst is when you're waiting for xp to finalize a design and then you get a popup. I really wish they'd let you save drafts of designs and templates.
Thanks mate - very helpful. Just catching up after the school hols. The Greece-Turkey encircle repeat was a new idea - cool. A cheesy-tip for me is if you are exercising your navy for max xp, then send your damaged ships to an ally to repair. That way you keep your own dockyards making new ships. Works well as ENG sending your ships to repair in FRA, plus your sailors get a nice holiday and can stack the ship with duty free booze on the way home. Cool we have the same number of achievements ! Now reloading the coffee for the SOV video. MMM
Just found your account and been checking out your videos and I gotta say I love em. Started off with the how to play the UK video (Since I was always discouraged to play them given how complex they are) and it was complicated but it makes me want to try getting the hang of the different tips you presented with the naval designs and the rushing of aircraft. Overall I like your style and watched a few other tip videos, very informative and well organized. You earned another sub my friend!
i like you sir! im a big fan of ho4 since the relase and i watch alot of video to see how to play and i got to admit .. you are good .. easy simple and sooo praticle . wich you success and hope you become a referance to show how great this game is.
Great tips! Regarding army division nearby the name you can also chose to do a division from scratch, it’s maybe a beginner tip but after hundreds of hours I had not see it…There are time it will save you army xp ( for instance to create small cav template if you have none for fast cap).
When I play HoI4, I play as democratic France single-player. If you don't actively and obsessively prioritize, you're doomed-and I guess I'm a little surprised that people with serious interest in HoI4 don't automatically do that! Nonetheless, a great tip for a beginning player who may not have learned that lesson yet. 🙂
Thank you! One thing I've learnt is that the majority of players don't take this game anywhere near as serious as people like your or me might, and that is absolutely okay, it's only a game at the end of the day!
7:13 I always operate on the principle air superiority first, then bombers. But maybe that's just RP. Regardless, I would recommend range over air defense for mission efficiency, especially if your country has large air zones.
Range is really good to ensure you get higher mission efficiency! The reason I say to focus on CAS is the smaller nations won't always have the production to beat a major in an air supremacy war, but they can build enough CAS to help them hold out or push through fronts with lower enemy air coverage
Thank you for your guides i just started playing hoi4 and i have learned alot because of you, i have one question tho when i want to attack it says units organisation is to low to advance, how can i prevent this?
I'm glad to hear it! And you're so welcome :) Ooo there's a lot of things, they could be out of supply, or your division design itself has too low org. I would recommend my division design guide and the supply guide on my channel 😄
Can you please do an updated Japan guide for Sunrise invasion? I don't feel like there are very many updated guides that factor in current changes. I've been struggling getting the United States capitulated capitulated in time.
New player and I bought the sub right away because after playing stellaris for years I know that paradox games require most or all of the DLC to have the best experience
Also a newer player who got the subscription, because if I’m gonna learn to play I’m learning to play the whole game. Only decent thing paradox did with games they have an ABSURD amount of expansions for was this subscription.
Just a little addition, for Germany, you should probably choose Goebbels, since he, together with rhineland, allows you to get war economy way earlier in the game. Otherwise a great video
Free trade is better than getting Goebbels and war economy for Germany.Switching from partial mobilization to war economy doesn't make much difference. I usually use the first 150pp for free trade, then Martin borman, Rudolf Hess, Hjalmar Schacht and then war economy when Japan invades China.
@@gocool_2.0 You're right about the Free Trade thing. I somehow forgot about that, but imo Martin Bormann and Rudolf Hess is a bit overkill, since as germany you already get lots of pp and you could use the 150 or 300pp you'd spend on those two on more useful things like the Aircraft designer for faster improved (small) airframe, alongside a Chief of Airforce, which would give you air xp, which you need for Industry Liasions, which gives you a 15% bonus to research airframes.
@@deadlymangogr That's possible but I think getting tanks earlier is more important than war eco. And if you want to rush improved small airframe, you also need to do Air innovations and Tactical Air Effort, which would take you another 140 days.
😮😻🐥 There's a lot of links in the description, but if you have any extra tips or video ideas you'd like to see me make, let me know!

bonus bonus bonus tip : play as Austria and accept anchluss

Great video, Hammo. Howdy once again from North Texas! (LM_Valiant)
Howdy pardner! Go the Spurs/Mavs (not the rockets ew)
A minor tip i just found out is that supply hubs can be connected through a river
They can, it's equivalent to a level 2 railway I'm 90% sure

Nice salsa music ;)
Haha gracias!
But why would a beginner buy all the dlcs??
Subscription to try them out, or maybe in a package deal? People do lots things like that hahah

you can also delay army inno , treaty with ussr to grab german war eco for basically 150 free pp since you are going to war eco anyway
