I do both at 51. Quote heavy aswell , just work up slowly. Also I recommend the carnivore diet and watch you joint pain gradually disappear over a month or two. I have severe bone on bone arthritis in the knee

I agree. The carnivore diet is worth a try, especially if you want to get rid of arthritis and inflammation.
