The best way to put it is that the ESFM series of soundcards (produced by computer manufacturers) that are basically what Yamaha's OPL family of sound synthesizers should've been. As what Thought said, these cards are mostly unknown as they weren't produced by a "single company" and as such it took a while to be reverse engineered. It's quite an interesting story, following the same up-bringing as the ARM (CPU) architecture. (Another technology that was created by a company but didn't produce their own electronics. Excluding the early to mid 80's)
Nice ESFM cover, this song’s intro reminded me of Move Your Body by Marshall Jefferson and Pump Up The Jam by Technotronic!😄🤩😎👌
Awesome, man
Cool!
Is ESFM whatever you want?
Just kidding.😊
ESFM was a soundcard series from the 90s which recently had unknown capabilities reversed engineered. You can check it out in Furnace Tracker.
@@ThoughtExercise Looks sick.
