@@brightful5 thank you I'm drinking as much as I can with fresh apple juice that I blendjet together. I'm pouring it in a 16.9 oz water bottle and drinking a little every day. On a empty stomach... I'd rather stand the taste and avoid the disease. Just wishing I know what is too much to drink
Yes I would cut the apple juice tho and get an app on your phone to monitor your steps you need to walk at least 10 to 15 thousand steps a day dont run it doesn't do the same thing and do the bitter gourd and if you can take a salad down with some red onions and light dressing

Us Filipinos just Sautéed it with some protein and it’s a meal. Juice just makes it too bitter.
