Yeah the endless amount of free resources is amazing and can help tremendously. The paid programs are really good because its structured

I love this. I’ve been a member of Irene’s program since 2021 and I haven’t fully integrated the work like this woman has. She took the simple idvice of feeling sensation and being present to heart. This video gave me alot of education on how powerful that simple act is. Thank you!

    Congratulations Marina!
It’s indeed very powerful when you get to the point where survival stress coming up doesn’t faze you (as much). When you’re capable to observe it with a sense of curiosity.

There is a lot of free resources available weather it is online or books at your public library
These resources are what started me on my road to recovery several years ago. Each source I found lead me to other sources in understanding until I was ready to invest money and time with professional help.

I heard of Irene for the first time just a couple of days ago. It's only been in the past year or two that I truly became aware of the tension and anxiety I have carried in my solar plexus, neck, and shoulders for much of my LIFE! I committed to healing this and have tried several different modalities, without a lot of progress. I had just decided I would need to accept this state of being and continue to deal with the symptoms. After watching this and another of Irene's introductory videos, I am gathering my resolve to try once again to find healing. Thank you so much to Marina and Seth for sharing this (especially in what I'm assuming for Marina is not her native language - very challenging and brave - well done!). Your story is inspiring.

This is great. My CPTSD fear issue is linked to being right, that others need to listen to me as if that’s Im in a life threatening situation. I hate it but it roars out. Something about dismissing & avoidant attachment I read but no idea how to uncouple or understand why & how to resolve it!

Because it takes a ton of work, an entire team AND she has spent most of her life educating herself, practicing, many modalities and degrees..I could go on and on
❤ Irene is the real deal and that's RARE

    • @IreneLyon
      @IreneLyon  4 дня назад +3

@15ruksinn, Jen here from Team Lyon. Some people would like a higher level of structure and support than Irene's free offerings provide, and other people are interested in professional training in addition to personal learning and healing.
Irene's company meets these needs through the 21 Day Nervous System Tune Up course, SmartBody SmartMind program, and Scientuitive Practitioner Track.
It takes a sizeable skilled team and good deal of infrastructure to produce and deliver these offerings, and these also support the development of the many "free" resources that Irene offers (the resources that are free to you are not free to develop). Also, Irene is based in North America and depending on where in the world you are, the prices of Irene's offerings may seem higher or lower relative to the local cost of living.
I hope this offers you some context for your question.

Thank you for sharing your inspiring story Marina. And thank you so very much to 'team Irene and Seth' for bringing so much wisdom and knowledge to this platform at no charge. I have immersed myself repeatedly over the last 2 years in Irene's free material and come away enriched each time. Slowly but surely I have experienced my nervous system organically unwinding and rewiring and am trusting this process will be ongoing. Blessings and courage to all of us on this incredible/heroic journey home to ourselves.

Thank you for this! I've been trying to use the free resources. Brain fog makes it hard to concentrate so it's been slow going. I've been thinking of getting together with some friends to help cement the information. I know that talking things out with multiple people helps me process information. But I can tell in my body that I'm on the right track. ❤❤❤

@cinnflowergirl, Jen here from Irene's Team. I hear you re the challenges of brain fog. It sounds like you have some solid strategies to support you as explore this work. As you may know, brain fog and freeze/conservation physiology often go hand and hand. When this is the case, less can be more. Here's a related video in case you want to check it out:

I love this it’s actually so nice to hear the free resources testimony as it’s very helpful and very kind of Irene to make available to the world.
I am a 21 day student and have found all the free and the 21 day to be helpful both are similar for me however there is structure to the 21 day and it has the exercises one needs to integrate in life. Really helps.

Loved this interview. Marina seemed so REAL and I could sense the joy in her voice from learning about this work and what a humangous impact it has had on her life. And such an inspiring example of self-directed learing! So happy for her. Liked hearing about her working with health anger (as explained on Seth's blog) as I myself has moved a ton of rage energy, at different stages over the past 6 years, safely. Irene and Seth are doing such amazing, impactful, life changing work, bringing this nervous system approach to the world.

Thank you Irene for your video!
My biggest issue is I was kinda kidnapped, beaten and raped together with another young girl in Montréal in 1979, at age 7...
Also I was reactivated at my last workplace with an employee that was molested by a multirecidivist 🤷‍♂️
I still have some sort of a vengeful rescuer issue, who looks like the Wolverine / Logan character in the movies X-Men and lately with Deadpool.
I do have a lady here in Québec that use Steve Andreas / Danie Beaulieu EMT / IEMT for trauma which is similar and different from EMDR.
But still at the energical level and I have seen this on the american side. I'm still stuck into that trapped emotion.
I can listen to the song Halo from Beyoncé and I get back in this emotional flashback vortex due to her high pitch voice that reminds that girl screaming in my head for 45 years now 🤷‍♂️
