I run Arthas as an inspiration on my Yamato build… the Yamato reloads fast enough that I can get 2 vollies per fighter launch. With a 20% boost while the fighter is in the air, that’s a lot of extra damage over the course of the match. Turns the Yamato into even more of a knockout machine.
Great info! Lucked out getting Mordoff... he's almost 16-4 after a long blue commendation grind. The sheltered arms perk is nice against dd's and his base trait spits out shells.

Sad thing is, a few weeks ago the Warhammer bundles first came back to the Console Store (Xbox or PS) and they were 2 commanders for 20 bucks. Twice the value they are now. I only saw that from their Twitter posts.
I find azur lane graf spee to be a very funny commander, her ability that reduces air detectability by 20% and normal detectability by 8% can make for some very funny stealthy german cruisers
"Arthas the Cold" is a reference to Arthas Menithil otherwise know as the notorious Lich King. Arthas sits upon "The Frozen Throne" in Icecrown Citadel in World of Warcraft. I guess this is where the two Worlds meet.
the only lines i play consistently are UK DD Japan DD and occasional UK or German cruisers, im not even sure if its worth getting any of the special commanders i do just fine without them, but i do wonder at times =/ i've not really found much of the other nation ships that enjoyable though.
@@seafoodbuffet i wouldnt lol, I use his hybridization. I run my bismark as a secondary boat with the accuracy traits still. Basically best of both worlds, or you can spec for pure accuracy but still have the extra heals as well
Just as a question, I like increasing my cruiser AP penetration values, but could you give an example what all that extra pen% does? Like what armour thickness a certain cruiser calibre gun can now pen with that boost vs without it

Hey TBull, I can happily say that I've been watching you long enough to have all the good ones. Epstein makes a huge difference on the US Cruisers and Splendento is my go-to Soviet dd commander. Thanks for the video.
I'm able to afford two this time around. I went ahead and grabbed Einstein. I'm contemplating Mordoff, but I have Halsey at 16-4. Is Mordoff a big enough improvement? I think I'm leaning toward Splendento as my second choice, though I'm only to T5 on the Russian DDs.
Mordoff is very similar. Honestly, he doesn’t reduce your reload by that much. I use him on my gunboats, but if you have Halsey at a high rank, it may not be worth the 5k doubloons to you. Halsey has the armor piercing perk which helps a lot on the missions where you need citadels, Mordoff has the perk making your guns and torpedoes harder to damage. I would get Hide over Mordoff if you ever use German BBs he’s a beast.
There r apegio ships there's x2 t4 ijn ships either very Gd tho, but he video and I have thought about space fishy, as I norm use apegrio guy with torp reload speed build on mine
But off all commander mordorf/space fish are both must haves for dd players. Argi guy that give secondaries is also a must if you want that 12km brandonburg ss builds and the kong guy for aa on your bb is insane. With some of the aa builds already free to tech tree players

I use duplicate commendations (the yellow ones) for standard commanders, and the general commendations (the blue ones) for all the "premium" commanders. Requires patience, but has worked well for me.
I like Beapley on my Wichita but when I put on an Atlanta for example, I really struggle with the range loss. I would like a German BB commander like Hide. I love my Odin and Brandenburg but they deserve to be built differently. I still won’t pay for pixels at that price. A business deserves to make its money but that price tag is above what I’m willing to spend.
You can compensate the commanders with the range loss by using Kuznetsov as an inspiration . Maxed out he adds 6% to your range. Not the 10% you lose but adequate. Or add him with one of your range equipped commanders for 16%. Honestly, it’s difficult to hit anything with Atlanta at that range, but 6% is nice. It allows me to play around with commanders who I wouldn’t typically use. Range = life in most cruisers.
Since you can’t get AL Atago, Takao is great she has double ability to get faster Traverse with IJN CL’s. Plus increase your AA and Rudder I believe. I recommend her that way you don’t need Einstein as a Perk.
Personally, I absolutely hate these "Fantasy" Commanders and Ships and left the game in disgust a few years back. I started with the Founder's edition and played approx 2000 Standard Battles but got Fed up with this BS and the fact there were no Canadian Ships offered. But....I have watched practically every one of your Vids and have become a proficient DD player thanks to your Vids. I am not saying they should change because of me, but not one effing penny from me will WOWL get from me until we get at least the HMCS Haida!!! Keep up the great work and PEACE!!!
I understand they have to make money but I really hate the cartoon commanders. The game is called world of warships "legends " after all I wish there were more historical commanders

I finally got Blue and love her. Even if you take off the special perk she still offers insane speed. A worthwhile inspiration on Russian dds

I prefer the free to play commanders..... after 2+ years my commanders are all 15-2 or higher.

can you use augustin reigerwald on any nation ship or just german line? i dont understand some of these special commanders which line they go with????

Thanks! I was waiting for this. So many people like Hyde but I’d rather spec into torps (Scharnhorst) or secondaries (Cilliax) depending on ship.
Hyde is capable of making the exact same build as ciliax just so you know

It generally won't allow you to penetrate thicker armor, but it will sustain the penetration at longer distances.

These duel crusier traits are slick i tryd to get the cross of dorn guy but got the groza org dude instead 👿

You forgot to mention that Einstein has the perk Intuitive, which is the only cruiser commander for the US fleet with this option

Bought one as a relatively new player and now realise its impossible to make legendary compared to the normal commanders.

I Got Hide & Tesla. I All Ways Wanted Them But Never Had The Money 🤬. Then After Getting Both Of Them I Got My 1st XXL BUNDLE (GRAF ZEPPELIN) 😃
I normally use Pickup or Hyde on my German BBs, Einstein or Beapley on my US cruisers, and I have Mordoff but I don't play DDs very often
I had gotten pickup in a crate sometime ago never put any points into him…. I’ll have to give him a 2nd look

Commonwealth line is coming this update so hopefully we see the Haida and others soon.
