20:40, idk if shadow V is really as broken as u think, It doesn't break ken so it's pretty much useless without cyborg v3 if someone knows how to ken trick cuz they can literally walk out of it no problem its basically just a worse blizzard V since u need to charge meter and its smaller the only difference it stuns them but again ken just makes the stun useless
