Great job as usual, many helpful ideas. The best one for me was gluing the caps into the business card holder. My 3 yr old grandson is always losing the caps, grandma’s rules say no lid, marker goes in trash. Then, grandma buys more so the cycle can repeat. Your hack will save me money. You are amazing with your creativity! 🤗

Love your ideas! Thank you so much!
On the ribbon caddy in the bin w/holes - i put a bull nose clip on both ends of the dowel rod. Its big enough to not go through the hole and it keeps the rod from migrating inside the bin and dumping the ribbon off! Just leave a bit of space for it to still spin. Hope this helps 😊

Here' another dollar tree hack....the clear shower curtains are great under a cloth table covering to protect a wood table and great as a drop cloth for any painting project. They can be thrown in the washer too. No dryer of course. They can also be cut down for any craft project that needs clear plastic.

I love the the idea of glueing the marker lids in the holder! So many markers have been tossed due to drying out from lost lids. 😢 That is a game changer!
It's amazing to me how those lids can disappear, it's like losing a sock in the dryer where do they go 🤷
    I love your creative ideas!

Hi Whitney! I’m a dollar tree junkie. I would have said that I know every inch of the 4 locations I frequent the most. I would have been wrong. You showed me a few things I didn’t know existed. Kudos to you. Your videos always have a fun and friendly vibe. Totally wow on the free printables. I never click on over to grab printables but that one on the clipboard called to me. I expected to find the 2 shown in the video. I’m blown away. Different size options ☑️ printable I was looking for ☑️ 23 or 24 more fall printables and every single one with a professional look to them, ☑️. I am in awe of your talent and generosity. Wow and thank you.

    Tip
When you're rubber gloves are used up, don't just toss them out... You can cut them up!

Genius! Even though my youngest is now 2 year college student and we no longer need to worry about her misplacing marker lids. Or having to worry about the dogs chewing the caps up if she happened to drop those on the ground also. But I will be writing this brilliant idea down in my "I am a FUTURE Gma!" notebook. If I come across anything that I wish I would have known when my girls were 3,4,5-11,12ish, I also have some family and friends that would benefit from this so i am going to go get the needed items to make these and bring them to her tomorrow.

@calaluhn6806 GET IT OUT!! I agree it is intimidating using a Cricut for the first time, [I was 60 when I got mine!] but I typed in the model of my machine [Cricut Explore Air 2] I found great tutorials by Whitney, and others on here, saved them under 'Cricut' and always have them to hand if needed. I also wrote down the instructions I found useful and keep them in a Binder so I can refer to them if using Design Space. Trust me, you wont regret it. Happy Crafting

I know it's not a DT item, but even better than their small kraft paper rolls, if you do a lot of painting or messy crafts, is moving or packing paper. I got a huge roll of heavy kraft paper for around $10 about 4 years ago that I'm still using. I don't remember how may yards/meters it was, but it's still almost 4" diameter with a 1" core. I think I got it at either Office Depot or Home Depot.

Great hacks. Thanks for the beautiful printables. I am in the middle of packing to move in 2 weeks, so I have saved them for once I get settled.

I love your channel! Definitely my go-to channel
I think Canva has the option to show a ruler on top & the side. Then when you download & print it shouldn’t need to be resized. Or just screenshot, crop, & print. Then just save to docs as a pdf.
Not trying to sound like a know-t-all! Just might save a little time!

You are so right! I like google docs so I can sometimes do multiple per page. I’ve also gotten questions on how to size different things so I wanted to share that hack. But you are totally right too!

Glad to happen on the Helix kid mattress recommendation. I'm in the market for three twin mattresses for the grands.
