That was excellent. I did understood the solenoid valves. They have a lot of applications in mechanical ventilators in intensive care . Thank you so much.
Very well explained the basic principals of Proportional Valves with quite a simple example. Thank you very much for the lovely video and wishing you all the best and have a great future. Kind Regards . . .
where can I buy the solenoid valve you used in the video and roughly how much would it cost me? Also, how much of the equipment you used is necessary for the valve to work and could I control it with an arduino uno board?

Can it be used to control LPG (gas) flow... particularly the model u have displayed...is it an open type or close type... i need an open type proportional valve..would be thankful if u please provide link for purchase of it...thanks
Hi. Can i ask, does the valve restricts air flow when the solenoid suddenly stop. I have this problem on my machine that when the machine trip off the cylinders inside in suddenly falls down.
Hello. Thank you for the video Ms Pneumatic. So if I want to control the acceleration/desacceleration speed ramp of a double acting cylinder, I suppose need two proportional 2/2 valves connected as close as possible to the cylinder and a 5/2 pneumatic valve...is that correct?
The pilot and diaphragm both have one thing in common: the way they operate to control large flow rates with low power consumption. The difference is that the pilot type controls the flow path through the 'pilot hole', and the diaphragm controls the flow path through the 'diaphragm'. There is a video made for the pilot type, so please refer to it. ruclips.net/video/oCPR6fzgm_g/видео.html
I have a question, can the microcontroller adjust the plunger ? What I mean not just to open or close it , also control it by setting it for example half opened ?
Thanks for the video. We have a problem w/ the speed of hyd cyl using proportional valve. The cyl does not not move smoothly during slow speed, theres jerking movement. We already replaced the proportional valve but the problem still exist. Is the controller has problem?Hope to hear from you. Thanks
Thanks for watching. It is difficult to determine exactly what kind of problem there is because I do not know the exact environment. However, if the controller is a problem, jerking movement is unlikely. When air is filled inside the cylinder, it often happens. So try to bleed the air inside the cylinder.
@@MsPneumatic Thanks for your reply, the jerking movement only happens during the very very slow speed of cyl.if we put the speed of cyl from 0 to 10, the problem occurs during the no.2 speed.but at other speed value it does not happen or maybe its not noticeable.Again thanks for your videos.Very informative.
Ideas where I can find a micro proportional solenoid valve? I'm trying to find one very small and lightweight with max voltage 6V, better if 3V. I'd like to find one "in-line", like a check valve, but which can control the flow in the garanted direction!
kcc2018.cafe24.com/en/bbs/search.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fkcc2018.cafe24.com%2Fen%2Fbbs%2Fsearch.php&stx=kpcs I'll attach a link to the product in the video(KPCS series). Please check if it is the product you want.
와.. 한국채널인지 모르고 들어왔네요. 도움 많이 되었어요!
Thank you 🙂
Thank you again!!!
Keep up your hard work, with time your channel will get proper recognition.
Keep it up Ms. Pneumatic... Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
great Ms. PNEUMATIC..

very very good explanation madam, thank you very much for sharing your valuable knowledge with us🙂🙂
Thanks for the great explanation

Very nice. The informations was importante for my design.
Thank you!

Pls can u share the connection diagram for the pinwheel example that u explained/showed in the video
Thanks
Thanks for the very helpful video! Do you have a link to the brand of proportional solenoid you used?

Great video.
I m also work in a hydraulic field.
Where are you from?

best
can you please tell where can i find these products
These are KCC products.
You can check the KCC website through the link below.
KCC website: www.kccpr.com/en/
Thank you.
Where can I get or what's the model of the proportional eletrovalve featured in this video?
how can i order that kcc pv ? i have been in the website but there was no information about how to order it
Hello, you can send an inquiry to the email below.
- Email address: global@kccpr.com
Thank you.
Can you please do a video of Pr 2224 proportional valve controlller
Hi. Can i ask, does the valve restricts air flow when the solenoid suddenly stop. I have this problem on my machine that when the machine trip off the cylinders inside in suddenly falls down.
Could you let me know the model or maker of PCV controller circuit please?
The product name of the controller in the video is KPCC-1.
For more information, please contact sohyun7958@kccpr.com.

Yes. The 'proportional control valve controller' can control electricity to control the degree of closing of the plunger.
you use Proportional Control Solenoid Valve generation ?
What does 'generation' mean? I am not sure which machine you are referring to by 'Proportional Control Solenoid Valve generation'.

@@johnevan7737 are you restricting the air input to the cylinder or the air exhaust at the other side? restricting exhaust leads to smoother operation
