The housing prices in Los Angeles are pretty much comparable to the housing prices in Munich, Germany. You have to pay at least 1 million Euro for a house just south of Munich. I really understand that Drake moved out to Las Vegas to buy property which is more affordable than in Los Angeles. I guess he will get used to the temperatures in Vegas.

I discovered Lisa’s channel last year. Helped a lot to finally move from where I was stuck with my English. Where I was able to expand the vocabulary and use a lot of new words and expressions. Now this year, I applied for a remote interpreter position OPI ( over-the phone interpreter), and got hired! Can you imagine what it means to me, as to a former immigrant? I immigrated to the US 8 years ago with a pretty good grammar base but zero ability to speak. And look at me - now I work as an interpreter. I cannot thank Lisa enough for the priceless lessons and the opportunities and skills they give to us. As an interpreter, you never stop learning. I usually watch, or just listen, using my ear pads, when I don’t do anything else. I watch and re-watch, listen and re-listen. And every single time I still find something new!

Through your videos we can realize that not only is it important to learn new words, but also learning the other nuances of some words that one already knows. As an intermediate student I'd say "I imagine myself studying in person with Lisa", but I could say "I picture myself studying in person with Lisa"...I'd go, "with 100,000 dollars it's possible to buy a nice car", but you taught us today that we can say "100,000 dollars can get you a nice car".
