They will add extra orders on your bill if you don’t watch. Also they didn’t want to give change back.. said $10 tip is included. Wtf!!!! I’m from Hawaii. My girlfriend was visiting and paid the bill. Turned out 2 dim sum were added that we never ordered. only reimbursed for one order. Didn’t want to go through the itemizing again. So just used the $3 and some change for the tip. I used to come here and even introduced family. They did the same thing. Add so much stuff on the receipt that we never asked for.. There were 7 of us ordering with waitress throwing stuff on the table too. Was so confusing.. Never again will I come back. Very pushy and wont let you choose. They will throw everything on the table for you if you don’t say anything.. low class way of running a business!! When speaking need to slow down. And explain things nicely. Customer service was also slow. No one looked over when i tried to ask to order food for take out. Should of just stopped there. It was a stressful experience for my best friend and family. Embarrassed to even recommend this place..😵🤐🤑. Oh forgot to mention. bathroom entrance and inside was dirty and my tea cup had dried food on the lip. With things moving so fast. I doubt they can keep things clean.
