Goodyear/buckeye, Peoria, Surprise… is the west side version of Gilbert,chandler, queen creek/San tan .. and if you get in early.. that 400k home will be worth at least 600k in about 5 years. I’m on my 3rd home in Goodyear and 400k is a solid investment for a solid home… just pay attention to the builders ;)
to see the backyards is always a plus also the primary bedroom has a separate shower and tub not a combo
These model homes are a good way to see how you would be living if you were to upgrade just about everything in the house, the fans would be basic lights, the floor would mostlikely be tile but not as nice, the faucets would be basic, etc. Overall, I do like that you do these videos. Keep it up!

411k in Goodyear is not a good price lol but thanks to all the other states that migrated to Maricopa county the last 4 years I guess you can say it’s a “Good price” 🤣

I live in Estrella MTN and it's not that far up the hill it takes about 10 min to get to the Target you mentioned.

What kind of jobs are there in this area? Is this in the middle of nowhere? Not familiar with Goodyear …. Closest major city?
Phoenix is the major metro and around 30 mins from Goodyear 👍 a lot of different jobs that span tons of categories 😀

Lots of industry warehouse jobs. Goodyear proper where all the stores etc are. People like me in Waddell have to drive into Goodyear or Surprise to shop more than a grocery store. She said 30 minutes from Phoenix, but honestly, it's all in town driving on a freeway thru other surrounding cities. You can drive from Tartesso to Florence and never leave homes and businesses a good 2 hours.... of city driving. Each of the areas have a vibe. The West Valley is more blue collar, less trendy spend like the East Valley.
Not Lux its basic. Come on over to Sterling Grove, or any builder in Cave Creek. Twice as much and Lux
