It's obvious that she has some classical background, but I wouldn't call it opera, it's in a style of classic Soviet estrada (which is a genre of itself like country or soul). You can find this genre of song in old soviet movies of 50's- 60's. It's pretty much blend of Russian ethnic melodies and classical vocal approach.
