Always thought he was saying "Rock me on my knees baby" 😆 love this song as a child singing the wrong words in the backseat of the car.
I love the original, but the unplugged version I have to admit is so much better. It really brings out the lyrics better and the guitar playing is good.

I had a little grey tiger-striped kitten that my mum's boyfriend named Layla. And it was because of this version he heard on the radio. Unfortunately, she was put down a short while back when we found out that she had a huge tumor in her chest and cancer in her stomach. She kinda seemed like the Layla in this song. Rejected love (though she did like to be pet when she first woke up). I miss her. She was different than any other cat I had before
We need more Clapton, musicians in the world... sad that music has fallen off and turn to garbage. hopefully 1 day music will return to its former glory.

Čisto sumnjam, ovoj današnjoj dječici je vrh neki pop ili cajka "glazbenik", a ako i slušaju rock ili metal, slušaju Black Veil Brides i 30 Seconds to Mars i misle da su brutalni, a Clapton je kao bezveze, nema glas i tako to. Ali čuj manjina je uvijek znala bolje od mase pa tako i mi. Živio nama Clapton 100 godina :)
