@@ChaseZazel fr this design sucks, but that is better option than leaving it the same without vamp bd to make it pretty much useless or making it unblockable so anyone could just combine tusk's nail glide and laser to always land this and do unavoidable comboes. Devs accidentally chose mid between garbage and braindead in terms of balance at cost of bad design.
TL;DR Paragon is poopyhead but at least vamp is not that unbalanced
