      I've bought a 3br unit at the Continuum and is comforting to note your favorable review. However I wonder why the sales so far has been abit slow

      Hi Freddy, thanks for your kind words, will aim to make more informational content!
      As for Continuum’s slightly slower response, I feel it is mainly due to the bigger price gap between Grand Dunman/Tembusu Grand vs Continuum when they were first launched last year. Also some buyers with shorter time horizon might not mind a leasehold development in exchange for a better location closer to MRT.
      However 1 year on, we have seen the freehold vs leasehold premium shrinking. So Continuum’s sale should start to move faster from here!

    Amber Park always got value those who sold the unit atleast 2.5 million per unit
