As for Continuum’s slightly slower response, I feel it is mainly due to the bigger price gap between Grand Dunman/Tembusu Grand vs Continuum when they were first launched last year. Also some buyers with shorter time horizon might not mind a leasehold development in exchange for a better location closer to MRT. However 1 year on, we have seen the freehold vs leasehold premium shrinking. So Continuum’s sale should start to move faster from here!
