Jimbo you should reconsider doing a coat of rock guard on the sills even a couple inches up on the door bottoms too. Then go over it with the yellow. Fills in a lot of imperfections so you don't have to get it perfect laying on the floor. And will hold off the rust longer. Looking good tho buddy! 😉✌
It might still be a rusty but it is twice as strong and will last twice as long as the factory plan ! Didn't get much snow in Oshawa this winter ! I had a grey cat like yours when I lived out west in Washington State USA and one summer it did not come in the house ! I was scared the bald eagles or owls would get it but it survived . I had to take it to vet in fall because it had over 200 ticks on it ! It stayed in every night in winter !
Just oil spray and undercoat the living crap out of it, and keep doing it each year and it might last ya a bit longer than you expect !!! It's coming along, Jimbo, your almost at the finish line bud. Thanks for the update Jimbo, cheers ... Reply
Boiled linseed oil. Creeps and then sets up. drive onto a tarp, thin and apply with a garden sprayer. Once a year. Works really well! Wear a mask! Fluid film is a foooolish mess.
The Rot Doctor has come up trumps again, just finishing the plastic surgery and a little make up and the operation is complete! 😉. Then over to more important jobs like fussing Louie.....Well done Jimbo.

U just need to treat the rust before u go to town with under seal and paint
Why are you doing this car
He said because he likes welding
And u want to soak ur clips in old engine oil
