Bank of America's app issues ignite customer confusion, frustration

- Bank of America customers expressed concern, with many saying they were unable to access their accounts through the company's banking app on Wednesday.
Others said they were frustrated because the bank didn't alert them of the outage, nor give a reason for it.

People need to take out as much money as possible from the bank, deposit back only what’s needed to pay bills, yes would be a pain but would only be short term, if people would do that it would get the banks attention real quick. No excuse for not informing their customers, guess they were trying to avoid a panic situation. Bad business practice imo. They just continue to get away with these types of issues with no responsibility on their part. People better wake up!

Get outta BofA - and put ur money in one or two credit unions. Always get bank statements monthly ---- never go paperless - there won't be proof of how much money u have. You could put enough money in a bank - where u have a checking acct or receive money from the govt, ie, social security checks - to pay ur bills.
The big reset. Take your money and give you what you need to survive off of not what you earned.
It's time for Bank of America to issue a $20 credit to the customers who were inconvenienced, don't you think?
They should pay for the loss potential the $$$ had… the lady couldn’t rent a car because of this. My multi-million dollar investment slipped away because of this… let the record show.. 🤥
