Nice Voice, lovely timbre, one thing for improvement, add to the voice track a little hall, and maybe 2-3 db down, its a little too present before the other instruments, but that is critic on its highest level. Somehow I think that the vocals should be a bit higher (brighter) when you sing it because I think it would sound better that way😊 No reason to bother though... @@swedisheinherjer Ah no worries, I'm Dutch, I can handle some directness 😂thing is, if I am going to change my voice to your wishes, someone else will say they prefered how 'I used to sound' or that I'm 'copying the orginial vocals too much'. You can never please everyone, so I think I just have to sound like me. Also, if I would sound exactly like Charlotte, why would'nt you just listen to the real deal instead? With better recording, mixing, mastering and a more skilled singer. There's no point in trying to sound exactly like the original singer. Although I do always try to learn their techniques to become better at singing. I'm curious now about what you'd think of my vocals in original songs! I sing in a band called Whiteabbey. I totally understand that decision! I personally love the new album. Its a pity that they broke up but I'm glad that Martijn did not give up on Delain. And Charlotte is doing great things too as a solo artist with the other ex Delain members. So in the end great things happened because of it too.
