I have been there for work twice ,1 month in 1997 and 3 months at 1998 . There I have spent one eastern, on easter night in a Russian orthodox church with a Chinese priest .Was extremely cold around - 25C every day. I had meet also with mixed Russian/Chinese people cause same times I was even traveling to the Russian -Chinese borders in Jamusi . At that time nobody was speaking English and for a lot of people when I was traveling Manjuria , I was the first European that have meet in their lives. In that city of Harbin one of our latest years great poet Νίκος Καββαδίας /Nikos Kavvadias was born in at 1910 . At that time, you could see how their economy was running fast . With this span of one year what had visited the same city of Harbin , so many changes have been done in the city and its airport in just one year.
At 22:50 - i concur, there's no need to produce (very) high alcohol content liquor, instead lower content wt variety of flavours r more suitable for modern society. We r no longer primitive, feasting to drunken oblivion on strong alcohol. Not just China, also round the world.
