@@d-o-mq4391 We're not sure quite yet, it's something we continue to investigate. It will require a lot of UI / control changes as it's a very mouse and keyboard heavy game and we'd want controllers to feel fun and not a hamfisted port. There's also technical performance to consider, the late game with HUGE bases with tons of logic can get taxing, on low end machines. However, the new performance updates we have launched with this new free update were a promising step towards a port being more late game performance viable on consoles. If it works out we'll let everyone know! We know a lot of people on console would love to see this.

It's pretty incredible you're able to get so much expression out of each Duplicant without them ever saying a word lol very well done again, Klei!
The noise they make kinda like talking as their tone of noise shows anger or sadness
but I guess it’s still not words
Even without sound, there's a ton of expression. The DST animated shorts are great as well. Love their style.
Klei is excellent at what they do and deserve much more notoriety.

I have a theory (that someone else probably thought of first though) that the dupes do talk, but only they understand each other.
Jean. Stress response: Destructive. This Duplicant handles stress by taking their frustrations out on defenseless machines. This is the true destructive power of Jean at 100% stress.

I have been there Jean, Pips are equally frustrating as they are adorable
Nothing like having a pip rummage your seed storage and drop a zombie spore on the ground... (heart stops)
I want them to get Wort seeds and plans on the electrolyzer oxygen setup but they instead plan 4 mealwoods

Darn pips, so you decide to plant the oxyfern not in the CO2 pit, but in the area where it dies instantly... instead of planting the Arbor tree in the area that is specifically designed for it, they decide to plant a mealwood, and when I don't want them to plant anything, they decide to plant a seed where I'm going to build something...

@@davysmith1934 A Puft is the little critter in ONI that lives in the swampy area and is sometimes called a fart-fish. They consume polluted oxygen and, ahem, emit slime. They are adorable. And silly.
i really like that the duplicants version of timeout for jean is just to make them sit and relax in a park. like they know they're just acting out because of stress so it's nice that their idea of holding accountability is by making them have a relaxation day

I love how consistent the characters are. Ada is a rancher 100%. In my colonies I always make her the rancher. Ada is awesome and critters are adorable. Love you Klei!
Yeah, they always seem to have a distinct personality even outside their descriptions.
I'm pretty sure that each character is more likely to get specific interests than others.
And jean being destructive is a nod to his stress reaction!

The facial expressions while trying to hide the pet were too real.
ONI animations are so beautiful! Can't wait for the next one!.
I hope we can one day assign Dupes to critters and they can bond. Increasing growth rate, extending pet life, or something like that would be so cool to see. Let me name my new friendly pink pets!

I like to think the guy with the pony tail and watch is the manifestation of the player. Dislikes it when their minions are late, wants organization and order, and for some youtubers sometimes talks to their minions (don't ask me why). Just a fun little thing

I recently had Pips OVER-OXYGENATE my colony due to their habit of planting seeds they find. I still find them adorable even after stealing all my stored Oxyfern seeds. My dupes' ears hurt a lot though.

Klei animations make it seem so nice, meanwhile I'm trying to make a bunch of idiots survive while my industry slowly heads my base up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
I'm convinced all Ada's are awesome. All my Ada's so far have carried each run, and Nisbet is likewise always high maintenance.
These animations were like hidden gem you get with game that are such a super cute thing

i always love how much love you guys put into your games, klei. it really shows how much you all care about the characters and their personalities by giving them shorts, and they're always super fun to watch. and you don't skip out on the game itself either - they're always super fun to play and learn the mechanics of, even if i'm not good at playing them. keep doing what you're doing, klei, you're doing amazing:)
