Their style is daring tricks and disobeying gravity, but to see the grip of ice combined with the soul and finesse of the talented men and women on Skate Lyfe TV would add a new grace to the art form. Skating is art and the US Southern/Midwest states have some regular people sometimes skating in their work uniforms because they just clocked out and came to the rink for the sake of contributing to public art collaboration. It is beautiful.
I know Millenium Park and Maggie Daley Park are the two biggest winter season ice skating venues in Chicago. It would make my day...scratch that, it would make my whole ice skating season this winter if I saw you guys at XEO in real life this winter ^^ I've been ice skating for 2 seasons (meaning only in the winter when the public ice skating is available), and I feel like I'm getting the hang of some of these freestyle techniques. I find that attempting figure skating on my hockey skates is a bit hard...and I don't want to get body-checked in trying to play hockey: so emulating the things I see in your videos on the ice is very fun for me. Kinda late, but we do have a few ice rinks in England. A popular one is lee vally ice rink, but you can't really do tricks, unless you go really early, or really late. Nether the less, it's still quite fun.
If you think uou're good then come back to Leuven and I'll teach you a lesson or two. I'm a hockey skater but I bet I'll beat your team hands down. So come to Leuven for the challenge.

They make it look so easy but it takes muscle and practice to achieve these kinds of skating
