Orange Friands | Easy to make dessert

Ingredients (8 friands)
fresh oranges 2 for orange juice
egg whites 5
all purpose flour 80g
white sugar 80g
ground almond 110g
vanilla extract 1tsp
honey 1 tsp
melted butter 80g (cooled)
fan bake in 170degree for about 20 mins
