Yeah you installed that wrong you're supposed to mount that to the inside of your window which is called the stool outside is called the seal you screwed right into your window frame you just messed up that window

So why didn't it show the 2in+ gap under the ac? And can you close the window without the ac in but bracket still in? Or do i have 3 holes draining from my window into my wall??

OMG Worst video ever. Now you have to add wood stripping on the bottom of your stool to keep out the 25 ft. Pythons that will get in at night.
