Yes, aarch32 type phones may run .exe files, but may not load WINE. So I guess yes, Do you have an ARM based phone?, If so. You're good to go, First, Run the setup exe or the installer, (some don't have one) After that run the exe and bam You can run EXE files on Android
in essense dont buy a android device with hopes of using it for making youtube videos cuz all the android apps are trash and its meant to block alot of videos that would have otherwise been made by android users especially those on chromebooks cuz actually you can make some decent videos on android as long as its not chromeshit
I have tried to run a portable app that I have copied from a windows computer to a folder inside my phone memory. I have used wine 3.0, 3.2 and 5 versions. They all install, extract and then the windows will set up the environment, then a black screen. I have even restarted and reset the open gl from default to skia.
