Congratulations on a fine haul! It’s always enjoyable to get many books from a favorite author. The glass tower book and the world inside sound interesting, I agree.
You definitely have upped your game. The new camera is a great addition. The thumbnail is eye-catching, and you certainly present with more comfortably.
Up the Line is my favourite by Silverberg - and it’s in my personal Top Ten SF books I ever read - so I do hope you give it a go. Dying Inside comes close.
Thanks mate, look forward to hearing your opinions. I haven't got Lord Valentine's Castle yet since I believe it skews a bit further toward fantasy than most of his other work.
Those silverberg novels are all bangers. Wish I knew where to get in such good condition. WOB will send out stuff in poor condition when they describe as very good condition
I've found the same with WOB. I got these on ebay where you can often see pictures of the books from multiple angles. Thanks for watching and commenting. Do you have a favourite one?
@ it’s written in a different style to most other silverberg books I have read, but I have a fondness for nightwings (btw I think it’s expanded in the novel compared with the short story version). Also dying inside is very good.
I know you said time travel stories aren't always your jam, but if you're down to read a manga, I highly recommend Steins;Gate. Perhaps my favourite sci-fi story of all time - just silly until it's not

Awesome haul
Thank you sir!
Great Haul!
Thank you sir! Reading Nightwings at the moment and really enjoying it.

Thank you sir!
That thumbnail! 😂 I really enjoyed the world inside and the stochastic man
Haha not something my British viewers will appreciate. Good to hear that you enjoyed them!
@ those sphere editions look fantastic. Hard to find non-US Silverberg in Canada (damn copyright lol)
There are so many great US covers that I can't get too
Jack the guy on the cover of Time Hoppers looks like Clint Howard, Balok from Star Trek’s “The Corbomite Maneuver".
Hahaha I had to look that up since I'm not a Trekkie. I see what you mean!

I will definitely read it, glad to hear that. Might do a Silverberg ranking video after I've read a good amount of his work.
That thumbnail cracked it up. Great Haul!
We don't even have that cereal here in the UK so it's a joke that I'm sure is lost on most of my British viewers. Thanks for watching!
@SciFiFinds haha
Great haul! I haven't got to Robert silverberg as of yet but I've got the world inside and Lord valentine's castle to get to at some point next year.

I just picked up that same edition of The World Inside! I'm thinking of adding it to my January TBR
Maybe I will read it at the same time and we can discuss! Sounds really intriguing
@@bookspin it’s an entertaining novel. Brave new world collides with the seventies

A friend of mine loves that manga/anime. Thanks for the recommendation, I'll look into it.
