Rising into the Spiral

This was from a few days ago. Shaking my body out. Releasing trauma. Releasing what is not mine to hold but only to tend with others. Surrendering to Community.
This felt like I was able to shake it out through voice and find the deepest prayers I wanted to embody that day.
