Assalamu aleykum bro, the audio is distorted because the the gain of rode mics are high and at the sametime the camera gain is also high, dial dow the camera gain and let the sound meter of the camera to be around -12dB. In other words, maxsimum sound level meter of the camera will result distortion aka bad sound.
