The engine are powerful. If you wait till the engine is enough warm is no problem. But if you drive like this with cold motor any car broke after few thousand of km.
I'm not sure, but there are F10's running similar HP on stock bottom-end ( HPT, TTE cars and also well known TommyTurbo's M5). Russian tuners already have F90's pushing well over 900 HP, but they all forge the engines. Only thing that makes me curious is the transmission. ZF 8 speeds are known to be bulletproof, but this application needs ton of remapping hours and additional cooling to handle over 1200 NM.
