Loving the box challenges. I have been enjoying your no spend challenge (the avocados are so cute ) I have been saving $2 each day I dont spend. I have been sticking to my budget and will be stuffing my cash envelopes as soon as I get some money that I am waiting on. Thanks for sharing your budgeting journey with us.

Hey Kay! Do you use the prop notes because the money is already in your savings account? Or do you have the real cash in the back of the binder and just use the prop notes so you have smaller denominations? I want to incorporate using prop notes but idk if I still want to withdrawal the cash or just keep it in my account 🤷🏻♀️

Love your channel name btw! 😄 I personally use prop notes in the box challenges because it helps me visualize my budget and I’ll swap for real to stuff my $10k binder because I love the feel of real money and prefer to use real most of the time. Using prop notes really depends on your preference! If you like having cash on hand, you can keep real cash in a secure spot. (I lock the door to the room with all my cash) If you’re okay with leaving your money in the bank however, prop notes can still work great for organizing and visualizing your savings. Either way, do what feels best for you until you get into a groove with your financial routine! And it’s okay to change it up whenever you want! I’m constantly rethinking my routine and love the flexibility of this method!
