Even if garpun is superior in tracking a missile,remember to never get too close to enemy ships when you use AA like garpun as they shoot ships too,and if someone shoots missile while your garpun is reloading because they shot the enemy ship,this is when your ships goes boom

I thought these guys fixed the whole enemy fire blowing up in front of your ship thing. I mean the laser did its job, stopped the missile and still took damage. C'mon guys!

It's intentional. Missiles nowadays fly between subsonic and supersonic speeds. A missile coming in at mach 3, even if destroyed 1000 meters away will still throw a lot of shrapnel into the ship doing damage.
I would have expected laser to be good against missles too
Since there will be alot incoming missile and a few jets to come it is best to put 4 garpun and 2 laser typer airdense in a ship like pyotr velikiy

Garpun is slightly superior to oerlikon, oerlikon in defense there is still a void and can only focus on one object so that if another object appears it will pass, while garpun is practically 2 in 1
In fact, AA Garpun masih bisa buat nge'kill Yamato & bahkan damage'nya hampir setara dengan autocannon Gibka AT

An illogical comparison against aircraft. If Oerlikon deals damage with Laser energy. Why Harpoon Traps? There is a comparison of damage over time and not a real battle where Traps come in handy. That comparison doesn't seem very fair. Then it is better to compare Oerlikon with Palash, as they are in the same damage direction.

Gak salah gw borong garpun buat di pasang di hampir semua kapal. Karna tujuan ku membeli garpun untuk memblok misil. Kalo soal pesawat masih bisa pake H/PJ-45B kalo mau cepet bersih.

Это уже очень давно так. Видно столб воды от сбитой ракеты, а все равно урон проходит. Проблема точности ракет ПВО меня волнует куда больше
