The "Drawing" idea is a great one. Going too fast can esaily mask dodgy technique so slowing it down and paying attention to the lines shows-up where we are lacking good techinque and proper execution. I must try and keep this in-mind.
I was told in karatelesson not to lean backward because the direction of force goes the other way. I was more powerfull by staying moere straight up and focus on forward movement. I think this wing chun kick is more 'a snap kick'' thnx.

Hi Jay, your priority should be to cover as best you can without exposing yourself. Then use the centreline theory to attack your opponent. Keep in mind sparring, tournaments and self defence are all very different scenarios. Train hard, stay focused and have fun!
