I am waiting for St Julien rootstock from a friend, as a member of the Clyde Valley Orchard group so that I can graft some Victoria plum. I am getting 20 in total. So far I haven't harvested any graft wood and need to get some grafting tape, so wondered whether it would be safe to put the rootstock in the soil to do the grafting at a more appropriate time perhaps? I wondered whether you could recommend what to do?

Have you tried filming with your phone on it's side, It worked for me but I only worked that out after my first two videos.
