    Good video. I really like the serve direction part of the video. That body/backhand serve is a great option. A lot of times it takes away their ability to make a good swing at the ball.

      Exactly. Tie up their swing tech. Force em to create good spacing with their feet. Most don't. Take advantage.

    Have been experimenting with s&v. interesting and fun. Appreciate your advice re need to be on balance.

      Hi Hal. My coach Tom Stow always reminded me that S&V was just a helluva lot more fun! And right. Balance is vital.

      @@halbrody4513 1st serve body 70% of the time. 2nd serve high bouncer middle or out wide.
