Lithium battery manufacturers are not providing long battery warranty than lead acid and the warranty terms are highly confusing and does not exist at most times. Lead acid is still a recyclable battery and its benefits in present market scenario is explained in this video.

Good Analysis, Many EV's comes with Lithium Ion battery as the KWatt/Kg is better than Lead Acid Battery, but when it comes to matter of safety/risk to life Lead Acid battery is best choice. The problem with Lithium Ion battery is that , it requires BMS (Battery Management System) to safely charge them, but even then it fails and burst into flames. The mining and recycling of Lithium Ion is energy intensive and Environment hazardous process than compared to Lead Acid battery. Lead Acid Batteries has good resale value and it can recycled in environment friendly way. For EV's KWatt/Kg is important therefore manufacturer's are taking calculated risk.

I am using c20 lead asid battery naveen for past 7 years. I fill distilled water for every two momths reaguraly it gives a good life snd clean the two terminals without corrosion

People use vfd with solar panels to run motors. Do you have any specific issue?
There's another advantage in Lead Acid Batteries though they have water, while continues charging in Solar, the Cells doesn't get heated up more during Hot Summer. Best and safety is Lead Acid batteries in Houses.
In peak hours of sun, battery gives bubbles due to heat. The fumes are obviously toxic. Hence ventilation is required.

MPPT charge controller with Normal ups is better or MPPT solar invertor is better ? bcz i have one old normal invertor if i add MPPT charge controller then it will become solar invertor . But some people telling buy MPPT solar invertor its efficient than adding mppt charge controller to your old invertor.
Mppt solar inverter may be slightly more efficient, but i would say that a versatile system needs modularity.
Once an mppt inverter is dead, there is no choice left than to replace the entire system. If we have a seperate charge controller, it's more flexible

Hi Sir, i have purchased pure EV 7g epuluto electric bike 1.5 years before. I drived 27500 kms. Now i am facing km issue . Initial stage it's run more than 90 km but now not able to run 60 km, dealer and manufacturing side no response. Any solution regards above statement.
This is due to cell going out of balance. Hence degradation will be faster from now on and might loose capacity faster.
Cell suppliers are providing poor quality cells as first grade even if we pay them the right price and the sellers and buyers are looted.
Only prismatic cells are giving little better life span than cylindrical cells as far as I have seen so far.
Once it's completely dead, make a prismatic pack and run the vehicle under optimal conditions.

ப்ரோ வணக்கம், இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு முன்புதான் நான் Exide ல EL200 200Ah மாடல் பேட்டரி வாங்கினேன். ஆனா கடைக்காரர் IT500 ல் 150Ah பேட்டரியை தள்ளிவிடுவதிலேயே குறியாக இருந்தார். EL 200 36+12 மாதம் வாரண்டி எனவும், ஆனால் வாரண்டி காலம் வரைக்கும் பிரச்சனை வராது எனவும். வந்தால் கம்பெனிக்கு போய்தான் வரும் எனவும், அதுவே IT500 பிரச்சனை வந்தால் சுலபமாக க்ளியர் பன்னிக்கலாம்னும் சொன்னார். ஏன் ப்ரோ அப்படி?
அதிகம் விற்பனை ஆகும் ரக பேட்டரிகள் தான் அதிகம் இருப்பு இருக்கும். அதனால் அதை விற்பனை செய்ய முதல்வது இயல்பு தான்.
அவர்கள் லாபம் எதில் அதிகம் கிடைக்குமோ அதை விற்பனை செய்வதே அவர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரம். குறை சொல்ல ஒன்றும் இல்லை.

2V battery is available, Its widely used in Industrial Sectors. The same can be purchased by anyone.
12V batteries are easy to setup and easy to use by regular households.
To have long life in Lead acid batteries recycle the water after 24 months.
I have never changed the distilled water at all.

What happened is that it is revoked or failure
There is no system failure here. Since this is used for secondary power, the backup time was lesser.
Might be the oxidation or the cells are self discharging. Once I finish checking, the reason will be found

1kv inverter should be enough. But if you are planning for solar, get two batteries and an external charge controller.
