Adjust consistency with water
*Tempering:*

3.bay leaf
4.Hing

--splutter it

7.Ginger
8. Green Chilly
--saute well
9. Onion
--saute well
10. Turmeric
11. Chilly powder
12.coriander powder
13.salt
--saute well
14. Tomato
--saute well
Mix cooked dal with tempering.
15.Coriander leaf
16. Kasuri methi
17.garam masala
*Tempering2:*
1.ghee
2.cumin
3.dry red chilly
4. Chilly powder
5. Coriander
Splutter & mix.
