You go man, I beat a crippling anxiety disorder(severe OCD) with a raw vegan(mainly fruitarian) diet and exercise. I'm also hoping to run an ultra in the comming years. Much love bro! (ALSO have you heard of Rich Roll?? Great ultra marathoner, has a podcast, is a vegan turned his life around at 41.)
