this is actually a really old mod of mine, Free Men Of The Great War, which i believe is only compatible with an equally old version of the CCCP before it went stupid, either pre1 or pre2. it's up on the data realms forums still, direct dropbox link and all i have to recommend the original untainted community project nowadays though, Cortex Command Community Continuation, which you can find on modDB: www.moddb.com/games/cortex-command-community-continuation/ we got reported off of discord by the cccp though so things are a bit up in the air - still, HEAT and SPF mods might be fun
